  • At Bayside Bridal, we operate by appointment only to give you the personalised and intimate experience you deserve. Your bridal journey is special, and we want you to enjoy every moment without distractions. You’ll have the boutique all to yourself, with our full attention to help you find your dream dress. To ensure you don’t miss out, we recommend securing your appointment in advance at a time that suits you within our trading hours.

  • Absolutely! For the best experience, we kindly ask that you limit your entourage to a maximum of three people. Our showroom is designed to provide an intimate setting, ensuring your comfort and enjoyment during your visit. Keeping the group small limits the number of opinions present to help to create a relaxed atmosphere, allowing you to focus on finding the perfect dress.

  • The cost of our wedding dresses varies depending on several factors, including the designer or brand, whether it’s made to order, or if it’s one of our “off-the-rack” gowns. If you’re ordering a gown, you can generally expect to invest between $2,000 and $4,000.

Our “off-the-rack” gowns are unique sample pieces available for immediate purchase and takeaway. While they may show minor signs of wear from styling appointments, they are offered at discounted prices and sold in “as-is” condition.

For custom designs, pricing starts at $3,000.

  • For the best experience, please wear seamless, nude underwear and a strapless bra if you’re trying on strapless gowns. If you have your wedding shoes, bring them along too! And just a little favour—please avoid heavy makeup, lotions, or fake tan to keep our gowns looking their best. Thank you!

  • Congratulations! Let's celebrate with bubbly, a Polaroid photo op, and fun music.

If you chose one of our beautiful off-the-rack sample dresses, you can take it home today!

If you selected a made-to-order dress, a 50% deposit secures your gown, allowing us to start production. The remaining balance is due within 3-6 months, depending on the designer. Payment plans can be discussed at this time as well.

We'll take your measurements and discuss any customisations, which will be detailed in writing and confirmed on your invoice before production begins.

  • Each designer we work with has their own sizing chart. When ordering your gown, we take your measurements and select the closest standard size based on these charts.

It’s important to note that all wedding dresses—whether made to order or off-the-rack—will require alterations, as they are not custom-made to your exact body shape. Adjustments will be needed to achieve the perfect fit.

  • We do not accept returns or issue refunds, except in rare cases where the gown is deemed faulty and cannot be repaired. In such instances, a refund will be issued once the gown is returned in its original, unaltered, and unworn condition. We don't use pushy sales tactics; we want you to feel confident in your choice. Our gowns speak for themselves, and we believe you'll know when it's the one!

  • When trying on a sample gown, we typically select a size larger than your usual fit and clip it to give you a better idea of how it will look once altered to your body.

Our gowns are available in a range of sample sizes, from 4 to 24, and we are always working to expand our collection to accommodate all brides. We also believe in fair and transparent pricing, which means there are no additional charges for larger sizes.

  • Alterations are not a service provided directly by Bayside Bridal.

However, we can recommend to you some local seamstresses for these services. Please note that any additional charges will be arranged directly between you and the seamstress and are not affiliated with Bayside Bridal.

  • We’re delighted to help you create the gown of your dreams by working closely with you and our designers. Whether you’d like to add a split, remove or add sleeves and straps, change the lining colour, or shorten the train, we’re here to assist with your customisations—pending confirmation with the designer.
